Last Updated: 1 October 2026
At BazarGath, we are committed to providing customers with reliable products and a satisfactory shopping experience. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions and procedures applicable to products purchased from https://bazargath.com/.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, brand, manufacturer, supplier and warranty period specified on the relevant product page, invoice or warranty document.
1. Warranty Coverage
Where a product is sold with a warranty, BazarGath will provide warranty support according to the applicable warranty terms stated on the product page, invoice, warranty card or other applicable documentation.
A warranty may cover manufacturing defects, functional defects or other faults specifically identified by the manufacturer or supplier during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to every product sold by BazarGath. Customers should check the product listing, invoice or warranty documentation to determine whether a specific product carries a warranty.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period depends on the specific product and may vary by brand, model and product category.
The applicable warranty period may be stated as:
- Manufacturer warranty
- Seller warranty
- Service warranty
- Replacement warranty
- Limited warranty
- Other warranty coverage specifically stated for the product
The warranty period normally begins from the date of purchase or delivery unless otherwise stated in the applicable warranty terms.
3. Proof of Purchase
Customers may be required to provide valid proof of purchase when requesting warranty service.
Acceptable proof may include:
- BazarGath order ID
- Purchase invoice
- Order confirmation
- Payment receipt
- Warranty card
- Other reasonable evidence of purchase
BazarGath may be unable to process a warranty claim if the purchase cannot be reasonably verified.
4. What the Warranty May Cover
Subject to the specific product warranty, warranty service may cover defects arising from manufacturing or material faults during normal and intended use.
Depending on the product and warranty terms, an approved warranty claim may result in:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement of defective parts
- Replacement of the product
- Exchange for an equivalent product
- Other remedy provided by the manufacturer or supplier
The specific remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, manufacturer or supplier warranty terms and applicable law.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact BazarGath using the contact information provided below.
Please provide:
- Order ID
- Customer name
- Mobile number
- Product name and model
- Date of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Photographs or videos of the issue where applicable
- Invoice or other proof of purchase where requested
After receiving the claim, BazarGath may review the information and determine whether further inspection, testing or assessment is required.
6. Product Inspection and Testing
Warranty claims may require inspection or testing of the product by BazarGath, the manufacturer, authorized service center or supplier.
A product may be tested to determine whether the reported problem is covered by the applicable warranty.
The final warranty decision may depend on the inspection results and the applicable manufacturer or seller warranty conditions.
7. Warranty Exclusions
Unless specifically covered by the applicable warranty, warranty service generally does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Accidental damage
- Physical damage
- Liquid or water damage
- Improper installation
- Improper use or misuse
- Negligence
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Use of incompatible accessories or components
- Electrical surges or unstable power supply
- Natural disasters or external events
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions
- Damage caused by commercial or industrial use where the product was intended for normal personal use
- Software, applications or settings where not covered by the applicable warranty
- Loss or damage caused after the product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized person
8. Physical and Accidental Damage
Physical or accidental damage may not be covered by a standard manufacturer or seller warranty unless the applicable product warranty expressly includes such coverage.
Examples may include cracked screens, broken ports, damaged casings, dents, scratches, broken components, liquid damage or damage caused by dropping the product.
9. Unauthorized Repair or Modification
Warranty coverage may be void where a product has been opened, repaired, modified, altered or serviced by an unauthorized person or service center, where such action affects the warranty conditions.
Customers should contact BazarGath or the authorized service provider before attempting repairs during the warranty period.
10. Accessories and Consumable Parts
Accessories, consumable items and components with naturally limited lifespans may have separate or limited warranty coverage.
Examples may include batteries, cables, chargers, adapters, filters, bulbs, cartridges, consumable materials and similar components.
Coverage will depend on the applicable product warranty terms.
11. Software and Operating System Issues
Unless specifically stated otherwise, warranty coverage generally relates to hardware or manufacturing defects and may not cover software problems caused by unauthorized applications, user modifications, viruses, malware, unsupported software or changes to operating system settings.
Customers may be required to restore the product to its original factory configuration for diagnostic purposes where reasonably necessary.
12. Warranty Replacement
If a product is determined to have a covered defect and replacement is approved, the replacement product may be the same model or an equivalent model depending on availability.
If the original product is no longer available, BazarGath or the applicable manufacturer or supplier may provide an alternative solution subject to the applicable warranty terms and applicable law.
13. Warranty Repair
Where repair is the applicable warranty remedy, the product may be repaired by BazarGath, the manufacturer, supplier or an authorized service center.
Repair times may vary depending on the product, availability of spare parts, service-center workload and the nature of the defect.
BazarGath will make reasonable efforts to facilitate warranty service within a reasonable period.
14. Warranty and Return Policy
A warranty claim is different from a normal return or refund request.
Products that are damaged, defective or incorrect at the time of delivery may be eligible for return, replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
After the applicable return period, a product may instead be handled under the applicable warranty terms where warranty coverage exists.
15. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty coverage may be refused or considered void where permitted by the applicable warranty terms if:
- The product serial number, IMEI number or identification label has been removed or altered.
- The product has been intentionally damaged.
- The product has been modified without authorization.
- The product has been repaired by an unauthorized service provider.
- The product has been misused or used contrary to manufacturer instructions.
- The customer cannot reasonably establish proof of purchase.
- The defect resulted from an excluded cause under the applicable warranty.
16. Warranty Transfer
Warranty transferability depends on the applicable manufacturer or seller warranty terms.
Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage may be linked to the original purchaser and original purchase transaction.
17. Shipping and Transportation During Warranty Service
Where a product must be returned to BazarGath, a manufacturer or an authorized service center for warranty assessment, the applicable shipping or transportation arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
Where the warranty terms require BazarGath or the manufacturer to bear applicable warranty-related transportation costs, those costs will be handled accordingly.
Where the warranty does not cover the requested service or the claim is determined to be outside warranty coverage, applicable transportation, inspection or service charges may apply where permitted.
18. Data and Personal Information
Customers should back up important personal files, photographs, documents and other data before submitting a device for warranty service.
Warranty repair, replacement or diagnostic procedures may require resetting or deleting data from a device.
BazarGath will not be responsible for loss of personal data resulting from warranty inspection, repair, replacement or factory reset where such loss is reasonably necessary for the service.
19. Warranty Claim Rejection
If a warranty claim is rejected because the reported issue is not covered by the applicable warranty, BazarGath or the relevant service provider may explain the reason for the rejection where appropriate.
If a customer disagrees with a warranty decision, the customer may contact BazarGath for further review and provide any additional relevant information or documentation.
20. Manufacturer Warranty
Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer's warranty terms may apply in addition to this policy.
Manufacturer warranty services may be provided directly by the manufacturer or through an authorized service center.
BazarGath may assist customers in communicating with the relevant manufacturer or service provider where reasonably possible.
21. Seller Warranty
Where a product is covered by a BazarGath seller warranty, BazarGath will administer the warranty according to the applicable product warranty terms.
The seller warranty may have specific coverage periods, exclusions and service conditions that differ from manufacturer warranties.
22. No Warranty Where None Is Stated
If a product listing, invoice, warranty card or other applicable documentation does not state that a product carries a warranty, the product should not be assumed to have a separate voluntary warranty from BazarGath.
This does not affect any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Bangladesh law.
23. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to remove, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer rights available under the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Where applicable law provides a consumer with rights or remedies that are more favorable than this policy, the applicable legal requirements will prevail to the extent required by law.
24. Policy Changes
BazarGath may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, suppliers, warranty arrangements, business practices or applicable laws.
The latest version of this policy will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
